BETA Technologies — Electric Aviation

In partnership with BETA Technologies, Stratos Aeronautics contributed to the development of lightweight structural and propulsion components for next-generation electric aircraft. The project focused on maximizing efficiency, reducing weight, and improving thermal management within electric propulsion systems. Engineers developed composite components optimized for strength-to-weight ratio, reducing mass while maintaining structural integrity under operational loads.
